Navigation through this app is really bad. The ads (even though I pay for the this service) is even worse. When I watch the videos in vertical mode they insist on showing the meta data of it so only leaves a quarter of the screen for the video (I truly don't care o about it, that's what search engines are for). The playback is terrible since you only see it 10 at a time. Amazon video is terrible!

Navigation needs work. It takes too much navigating around to find episodes: especially if I'm casting. From the home screen, if I click the thumbnail it will pull up the series page. But it defaults to explore, not episodes. Also, what is the point after an episode is over to suggest that I watch the episode again? Why not suggest the next episode? That's really annoying.

Used to love this app, but now it's a waste. With what I pay for a membership, I shouldn't have any ads. I haven't for years. The new tier system should've been to get it at a cheaper price and add ads. Not take the service that's been ad free for years and add ads, then charge more to not have them. All adding the ads has done is cost you viewers on your originals. It's a shame I have to say farewell to some good shows, but this company is far too greedy.
