Battery still drains at a high rate. UX is not "improved". Your skills are buried. Once there, list often does not load unless you change the sort order. When adjusting setting of a skill, you lose the ability to go back to the list. So, you have to click through again. I swear, no one works on the Alexa team. If they do then they have literally never used the app outside the lab.

Past 3 weeks app crashes non stop. Has become unusable. Another problem they have been aware of. Syncing to other apps is failing. Constantly having to relink apps so everything continues to work. Echo show is Constantly freezing up with apps. 90% of there skills are completely unusable. It's almost time for me to go and pawn off all Amazon products and switch to a more reliable product.

The app has become all but unusable due to the amount of suggestions and ads Amazon has forced the developers to add. It is also the slowest-responding app on my phone. Even SmartLife/Tuya is faster, and that has to run everything by the Chinese govt first! The interface is not intuitive and takes many screens to navigate. I loathe when I must use it to adjust a Routine or anything else, but I deal with it bc the devices themselves are ok. Amaxon! Please spend some resources on the app...

What's new
Our new design has made it easier to access your favorite features and devices. The Home page offers quick access to smart home controls, Echo management, and numerous Alexa features. The Devices page offers customizable views to manage your devices.
